Contorion has to position itself against various competitors in the market for tools and workshop supplies, such as stationary retailers, direct sellers, marketplaces and other online retailers. Winning new customers is not a problem. However, turning them into loyal long-term customers is a challenge. This represents the main focus of our communication.

The solution.

Don’t take yourself too seriously – that was the guiding thought in the collaboration with Contorion.

The result.

A presenter explains the concept of the Handwerks Shop in a comical way.  In addition, success stories were filmed – less humorous, yet very authentic. The positive feedback from the viewers was overwhelming.
